Hybrid Live Mentorship With FAANG-Level Engineers | $113K avg first job offer
For Beginners to Experienced Engineers
If you don’t get hired, we coach you until you do.
I’m a Data Engineer with 7+ years of experience, having built large-scale data solutions for some of the biggest companies in the world — including three Fortune 100 companies — and I’m still an active engineer in tech today.
I studied Engineering and Computer Science at UT Austin and have led end-to-end projects across every part of the data lifecycle — from pipelines and warehouses to analytics and AI integrations.
A few years ago, a close friend of mine got rejected from dental school and came to me for career advice. I taught him Data Engineering from scratch, and within months, he landed his first tech job.
That experience inspired me to take everything I’ve learned — along with insights from my friends at Meta, Netflix, and other top tech companies — and create the simplest, fastest path to land a Data Engineering job, even if you don’t have a CS degree.
Some  Results We've Gotten —
From Complete Beginners to Experienced Professionals
Results are not guaranteed, mentorship does not work unless you do.
Carter H - Data Analyst @Schlumberger
New Grad -> Engineer
I was a mechanical engineering student and started with basic python experience but after 3 months got my sql and python down and then spent a month on the interview content. It took me 4 months to send out interviews and by end of month 5 I had 2 okay offers and 1 really good one as an analyst. Program is straight to the point.
Anthony L - Data Engineer @META
Experienced SWE -> Data Engineer (career change)
Huge thanks to Amaan for pushing me to study and crazy helpful interview advice. The accountability helped most since I already had a job and wasn't always motivatedÂ
Nathan T -Quantitative Trading AnalystÂ
 No CS Degree -> AnalystÂ
Joining the program saved me a lot of time trying to find all the topics and information online and not knowing what to study plus having the live calls to bring up practice coding problems, interview questions or  feedback helped me stay on track and speed up my prep time. Also thansk to Allie for constantly fixing my resume , very nice lady!
Eric K -Â Analytics Consultant @Flogistix

CS Grad ->  Analytics role
Was already decent at coding wanted the mentorship and interview help. Got and accepted an offer 2 months in. Thanks
Iman H - Technical Product Manager @Microsoft
Scrum master -> Â Product Manager (Data)
When I joined the Bootcamp, I thought my plan was to go technical but what surprised me was how much the program gave me a bigger-picture understanding of how data actually drives a company’s products and strategy.
Because of the hands-on projects, I learned not just how to build data systems, but also how to communicate technical work to business teams, prioritize features, and make product-driven decisions. Those are exactly the skills that companies look for in a Technical Product Manager.
This bootcamp doesn’t just train you to be technical it gives you the foundational skills to break into multiple non technical tech roles since you know how to speak the language

Experienced field Engineer -> Â Engineering Analytics role
I could code but wanted to learn the data warehousing, etl and big data processing for an internal role change.
Sam HÂ - Data Engineer @ a Fortune 500
CS Student-> Â Data Engineer
The mentorship program saved me months by not studying the wrong material and having weekly guidance to keep interview momentum forced me to not procrastinate
