Terms of Service / Program Agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern your enrollment in and use of the DataTechJobs Data Engineering & Analytics Mentorship (“Program”). By purchasing or accessing this Program, you agree to the following terms:

PROGRAM ACCESS
Upon purchase, you receive access to:

  • Digital course content

  • Live group coaching calls

  • Community access

  • Project materials

  • Templates, tools, and resources

Access is granted for the duration specified at checkout. Access may be revoked if payment obligations are not met.

NO GUARANTEES
This Program does not guarantee employment, interviews, certifications, income, or any specific result. Your outcomes depend on your effort, background, and implementation.

PAYMENT TERMS
You agree to pay the full program price, whether paid upfront or via payment plan.
For payment plans:

  • All payments must be completed

  • Failed or missed payments will be automatically retried

  • Unpaid balances may be sent to collections

  • Access may be suspended until payment issues are resolved

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program materials are the exclusive property of DataTechJobs. You may not:

  • Share your login

  • Distribute or repurpose materials

  • Resell or redistribute content

  • Record or share coaching calls
    Unauthorized sharing will result in immediate removal without refund and possible legal action.

BEHAVIOR & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
You agree to participate respectfully, not harass members, and maintain professionalism. We may remove you from the Program for inappropriate behavior or violations.

NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes.

CHARGEBACK POLICY
Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate removal from the Program, submission of evidence showing access and agreement, and potential legal pursuit for outstanding balances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for your results, employment outcomes, technical issues, or third-party platform issues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your participation.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
