Thank you for choosing to invest in the DataTechJobs Data Engineering & Analytics Mentorship. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

LIMITED REFUND POLICY

All sales are final except as expressly stated below.

We offer a one-time, limited refund opportunity under the following strict conditions:

  • You must attend your first live call after enrolling in the program.

  • You may request a refund within 12 hours after the conclusion of that first attended live call.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] within the 12-hour window.

  • Refund requests submitted before attending a live call or after the 12-hour window will not be approved.

This policy exists to allow you to evaluate the live instruction and program deliveryā€”not to access materials and withdraw later.

NO REFUNDS AFTER THE REFUND WINDOW

Due to the digital nature of this programā€”which includes immediate access to proprietary course materials, downloadable resources, community access, coaching calls, and intellectual propertyā€”no refunds will be granted outside the refund window described above.

Once the refund window has passed, all payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to cases of non-attendance, schedule conflicts, personal circumstances, or failure to complete the program.

Upon enrollment, you receive immediate access to:

  • Training content

  • Downloadable resources

  • Community access

  • Upcoming live calls

  • Program materials

Because this access cannot be returned, refunds are strictly limited.

PAYMENT PLANS
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failed or missed payments will be automatically retried, and unpaid balances may be forwarded to collections if unresolved. Access to the program may be suspended until payment issues are resolved.

CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing the program, you agree NOT to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute. Any chargebacks will be treated as a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to provide proof of access and agreement, dispute the chargeback, and seek reimbursement for fees and losses.

PROGRAM COMMITMENT
This program provides training, support, mentorship, and resources to help you develop job-ready Data Engineering skills. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, income, or any specific outcome. Your success depends on your effort and implementation.
